About the Position:
We are looking for a Launch Manager to join the Assembly shop of Lighting team, reporting directly to the Shop Manager
This position is based at our office in Wuhu
As the Launch Manager at Marelli, you will be responsible/support/elevate as
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Responsible for organize a weekly review of the project together with the Manufacturing Team. Aim to check the Key Deliverables implementation status, check and review the manufacturing KPI and baseline. Check and update the LOP (list of open point) for any new action and for any task that results in delay or not aligned with the plan.
- Phase 4: Responsible for Manufacturing Key Deliverables: Industrialization schedule/ Manufacturing BOM release (M-BOM)/ Make equipment & Tooling engineering/ Measurement & Inspection tools engineering/ PFMEA/ Process Design Review (PDR-G4) for OT/ Make equipment and Tooling for Off-Tool/OTOP Parts plan (building & delivery)/ Production Ramp up plan/ Measurement & Capability of MAKE parts;
- Phase 5: Leading Manufacturing team to perform necessary action to reach and satisfy the OTOP conditions; the first “production trial” is carried out to check and assess the performances of the final process in OTOP condition. tool, the equipment and the assembly line at their final location. The internal and customer demands are updated to prepare a detailed Ramp-Up plan. Responsible for Manufacturing Key Deliverables: Industrialization schedule/ PFMEA/ Make equipment & Tooling off process/ Measurement & Inspection tools engineering/ / Process Design Review (PDR-G4) for OT/ Measurement and Inspection Tools Off-Process - actual status rep./ Production Ramp Up plan/ Qualitative Check Review for Mass Production preparation (P-DRG5)/ Production and Delivery (OT, OTOP, Mass Production)-KPI for Launch/ Measurement & Capability of MAKE parts/ Process Audit L1.
- Phase 6: Leading Manufacturing Team perform MPT and Pre-SOP Production trial to demonstrate that the full contractual capacity has been reached and that the project meets all the internal Manufacturing and Financial target set at offer preparation phase. Responsible for Manufacturing Key Deliverables: Industrialization schedule/ Production Ramp Up plan / Internal Run@Rate passed (3 low runs)/ Production and Delivery (OT, OTOP, Mass Production)/ Qualitative check review for mass production (P-DRG6)/ Customer and Internal(plant) packaging approval / Measurement & Capability of MAKE parts / Process Audit L1;
- Phase 7: During this phase production and financial internal KPIs shall be monitored in order to achieve a level equal or better than those assumed in the approved Baseline. Responsible for Manufacturing Key Deliverables: Production and Delivery (OT, OTOP, Mass Production);
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Bachelor Degree or above
- Good command of Oral & Written English
- Over 5 years experiences in Automotive Industrial
- Additional experience as manufacturing engineering/ quality management/ production management/ planning management/ tooling design & manufacturing is plus.
- To monitor process discipline on production floor.
