2.1 Control Plan (CP) Review: Organize cross-functional review involving production, process and engineering teams. Verify the rationality of monitoring items, sampling frequency, sample size and reaction plans for core SMT processes, including solder printing, component placement, reflow soldering, AOI/SPI inspection and wave soldering.

2.2 VDA Customer Audit Support: Support VDA 6.3 process audits and VDA 6.5 product audits, lead corrective action report (CAR) preparation and response for non-conformities, and follow up until full closure of audit issues.

2.Evaluate the impact of VAVE initiatives on SMT production yield and product reliability (including solder joint strength, CAF resistance, temperature cycling performance and other reliability indicators).

3.Initiate and implement verification procedures including small-batch trial production, first article inspection confirmation and process capability verification; launch Production Part Review  when necessary.

4.Propose suspension of high-risk changes or implement enhanced quality control measures, such as stricter AOI inspection standards, increased X-Ray sampling frequency and additional PV reliability tests.

    III. In-Process Quality Control

    3. Process Audit: Conduct regular audits on the conformity of manpower, equipment, materials, methods, environment and measurement systems (5M1E) of SMT production lines in accordance with VDA 6.3 and ISO/TS system specifications.

    4. Product Audit: Sampling semi-finished and finished PCBA products on a regular basis. Conduct full dimensional inspection, appearance verification and functional simulation audit per customer drawings and AQL standards, and issue formal audit reports.
