About the Position:

 

We are looking for a Sales Manager  to join the Interior Experience Sales team, reporting directly to the IE Commercial & Marketing Senior Manager.

This position is based at our office in Yoshimi, Saitama.
 

As the Sales Manager at Marelli, you will be responsible to oversee the operations of Nissan and Mitsubishi business units, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.

Your Responsibilities will be:

 

  • Account Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for OEM clients, managing relationships and fostering strong partnerships.

 

  • Sales and Profit Expansion:
    • Drive the implementation of a comprehensive five-year plan focused on sales growth and profitability enhancement.
    • Handle the acquisition of Requests for Quotations (RFQs), ensuring competitive pricing strategies and effective claims management.

 

  • Marketing and Competitiveness:
    • Enhance product competitiveness through strategic marketing initiatives.
    • Conduct benchmarking activities and gather relevant market intelligence to support informed decision-making and product positioning.

What Qualifications you will bring:

 

  • Education :bachelor's degree
  • Languages : English Business Level
  • Experiences : At least 3 years of experience in Sales, Procurement, DE&D or Cost Control function of Automotive or Manufacturing company
