About the Position:
We are looking for a [Job Title] to join the [Department + Division/ Function] team, reporting directly to the [Job Title’s Manager].

As the [Job Title] at Marelli, you will be responsible/support/elevate.....
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Lead Core Project Team members from Nomination phase until handover to serial production;
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in line with customer and internal requirements
- Manage planned activities through Project Reviews and the compliance with internal Milestones;
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
- Ensure on-time, on-quality, and on-cost project delivery of the overall program within the guidelines of PME
- Manage issue logs and risk management plans in order to provide warnings of serious deviations or variations that may compromise project results and promote corrective actions;
- Act as primary interface between customers (OEMs) and internal stakeholders
- Facilitate effective communication across global teams, including overseas engineering centers
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans proactively
- Manage issue tracking, escalation, and resolution processes
- Ensure the deployment of Marelli Standard Product Development Methodology, Product libraries, Quality tools/methods and standardization of solutions, in collaboration with other involved departments (Product Development, Quality, etc.);
What Qualifications you will bring:
- 5+ years of project management experience in automotive electronics or related industry
- Experience working in a global/matrix organization
- Solid background in electronics, enabling effective understanding of technical requirements and issues.
- Deep familiarity with APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and IATF standards for quality management.
- Proficient in using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both oral and written.
- Business-level English and Japanese (written and verbal); knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset.
- Willingness to travel as required for project needs.
Other skills that we would welcome:
- PMP, or equivalent project management certification
- Experience with embedded systems, ECU development, or software-driven automotive products
- Knowledge of functional safety (ISO 26262) and/or Automotive SPICE
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
