About the Position:
We are looking for a [Design Engineer] to join the [China GTS-THS PD] team, reporting directly to the [Design Manager].
This position is based at our office in [Shanghai].
Your Responsibilities will be:
• Responsible for the forward development of the condenser, installation testing and validation, as well as problem-solving; • Planning and implementing related tests for the condenser product; • Responsible for preparing and maintaining technical documentation (deliverables) related to the developed components; • In charge of finding suitable VAVE solutions for the components being developed to meet target requirements and determining the direction of development based on market demand, scheduling, and carrying out product development (including setting development goals, scheduling and follow-up, product development, and validation);
What Qualifications you will bring:
• Graduated with a full-time bachelor's degree or above, with experience or a professional background in the development of condensers or air-conditioning products; • Familiar with the working principles of condensers; • Familiar with the key points of design for condenser products; • Familiar with the process of component development, validation, and approval.
