About the Position:

 

We are looking for a [Maintenance Engineer]  to join the [Maintenance Department +PS] team, reporting directly to the [Maintenance Manager].
 

This position is based at our office in [Hefei].
 

As the [Job Title] at Marelli, you will be Ensure the normal running of production line, solve abnormal breakdown and be responsible for equipment maintenance, improve the maintenance skills of maintenance technicians, and ensure the rationality of spare parts.

Your Responsibilities will be:

 

  • Machine electrical system hardware and software design, improvement and troubleshooting (Grinding machine, washing machine, assembly line, injection line, test machine).
  • Continuous improvement for the electrical control system to meet engineering, production and quality requirements.
  • Prepare spare parts, assesses suppliers. Keep efficient spare part in stock.
  • Technical support and technical skill improve for the job setter and maintenance electrician.
  • Work in new project and take more responsibility with the project expansion.
  • Handles relations with outside suppliers, providing advice on maintenance and training, collect new production technology or equipment and tooling.
  • Understand the manufacturing process, cooperate with related departments to continue to     improve.
  • Other jobs as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.

What Qualifications you will bring:

 

  • University degree or above from automation or electrical control major.     
  • Minimum 3 years product factory experience in assembly/machining/test equipment.
  • Rich work experience with Siemens PLC application. Servomotor, AC/DC motor driver and other control system.
  • Familiar with the pneumatic and hydraulic system.
  • Familiar with Robot maintenance system.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD software.
  • Strong job responsibility and teamwork.
  • Good oral and written English.

Other skills that we would welcome:

 

  • TPM activity experience.
  • Siemens system (PLC S7,1200,1500, 840D numerical control system).
  • Robot maintenance experience (STÄUBLI, TOSHIBA, KUKA).
