About the Position:
We are looking for a [Production Supervisor] to join the [Production Department + PS] team, reporting directly to the [Shop Manager].
This position is based at our office in [Hefei].
As the [Production Supervisor] at Marelli, you will be responsible/support/elevate.....
Responsible for the production management of each workshop, Support the Production Manager to meet logistics delivery plan and ensure product quality meets customer requirements according to MMS_GKD management requirements.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Be responsible for routine production management, organize daily production to ensure the implementation of production plan.
- Work with logistic to make the monthly/weekly and daily production plan according to the customer order.
- Manage and monitor key performance index, such as labor losses, daily output, product/material quality, scrap rate, machine up time, direct labor efficiency and etc.
- Make necessary communication with process engineer, maintenance people, quality and other departments staff to solve the problems related to production.
- Implement MMS and GKD in operation.
- Other tasks assigned by Production Manager in a certain period.
What Qualifications you will bring:
1. College degree or above, majored in mechanical engineering or engine is plus.
2. Minimum 3-years production supervisor working experience, preferable in automotive industry.
3. Good PC skills.
4. Good command of English in both spoken and written.
