About the Position:
We are looking for a Plant PM Manager to join the PM, Lighting team, reporting directly to the Lighting Americas Program Management.
This position is based at our office in Ciudad Juarez,Chihuahua.

Your Responsibilities will be:
The Plant Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering key projects within the manufacturing plant. This role ensures projects align with plant objectives, coordinates cross-functional teams, manages budgets and timelines, and drives continuous improvement.
- Lead and oversee plant-based projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate communication and collaboration between engineering, production, quality, maintenance, and other departments.
- Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, implement corrective actions, and report regularly to plant leadership.
- Manage procurement, installation, and commissioning of equipment and systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards during project execution.
- Support process improvement and productivity initiatives.
- Track project performance and implement lessons learned for future improvements.
- Prepare and deliver presentations/reports to management and stakeholders.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years experience in project management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Lean, etc.).
- Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and team leadership.
- English proficiency (spoken and written).
